BNI – Ireland’s Leading Business Networking and Referral Organisation
Looking to grow your Business?
Your business can grow faster than you can imagine.
Why?
Becoming part of BNI Ireland the largest referral network in the country, and in particular the Kerry Chapter, is proven to be the best and most cost effective way to get more clients and grow your business through referrals.
Where?
The BNI Kerry Chapter currently has a wide variety of business categories, and at this time of business and economic growth we are looking to expand our membership with a number of business categories currently open for applications.
Since the BNI Kerry Chapter started back in November 1999, its members have generated over €15.5 Million of business transacted between our members. Would you like a share in this business?
How?
BNI is not like other networking meetings where it is up to you to introduce yourself to strangers and attempt to sell your business and in a room with some of your competitors. Everyone is personally welcomed and introduced and given a dedicated opportunity to talk about their business.
BNI only permits one person per profession to join.
The philosophy of BNI is Givers Gain®, BNI’s core strength, is the structured approach to giving and gaining referrals. Each week our members bring genuine opportunities for work (or “referrals”) for each other.
Our members are the best sales team you’ll ever have.
When?
The best way to understand the BNI approach is to experience it for yourself. Why not visit a chapter this week and experience it for yourself. If you are interested in attending, please contact us and we will arrange a visit to a morning meeting. We now meet in person on the first and third Thursday of every month in the morning at the Centerpoint Training Centre in the 4Park Business Centre in Farranfore from 9am to 10.30am (with open networking beforehand from 8.45am), and then have online meetings every other Thursday morning in the month on Zoom from 7.00am to 8.30am. Open networking before all online meetings takes place from 6.30am to 7am and gives people a chance to chat and have discussions before the meeting itself. We also sit down to enjoy breakfast/brunch at The Warehouse Cafe after in person meetings, for additional open networking, if members & visitors wish to stay on.
Please contact Tony Dunne on 086 820 2832 or email tdunne@kingdommedia.ie for more details.

Last Thursday Mairead O’Sullivan of the Killorglin Family Resource Centre delivered a 10 minute presentation & told us all about the services they provide (such as Therapeutic Services, Childcare Programme, Drugs & Alcohol Addiction Support, Play Therapy, Family Supports, Community Groups and Well-being and Self Care Programmes) and their facilities, as well as raising awareness of the ways in which businesses can help the charity, through business/corporate social responsibility, in terms of fundraising, sponsorship and donations.

"Network with People Who are Different Than You"... wise words indeed from our founder Ivan Misner!
Oftwn in business your best client can be or come from somebody you didn't even consider as a client or someone that you felt didn't have a lot in common with you or your business. Often they can turn out to be a connector between you and a whole collection of people you might not otherwise have been able to meet.
So don't play it safe and move outside your sector, comfort zone and safe surroundings and try something different. A BNI Chapter meeting can be the ideal place to encounter these opportunities! Gey in touch and arrange to visit one of our meetings and see what potential they have for business opportunities.Network with People Who are Different Than You

Last Thursday morning BNI Kerry Chapter joined forces with the RDI Hub to demonstrate how being in the right place at the right time can change everything for businesses. This unique collaboration brought together two dynamic organisations focused on fostering growth and connection for local businesses.
“The RDI Hub is an impressive facility, offering unparalleled support and guidance to its members,” said Anne Hannan, President of the BNI Kerry Chapter. “It was a privilege to host our weekly meeting at the Hub and invite their members to experience the power of referral-based marketing firsthand.”
BNI (Business Network International) operates on the philosophy of “Giver’s Gain,” creating structured opportunities for professionals to exchange referrals and grow their businesses. Dan O’Donoghue of Asentiv Ireland South led a thought-provoking session for attendees, emphasising the distinction between casual networking and the strategic approach of referral-based marketing.
“Ask anyone how they landed their biggest client or achieved their biggest breakthrough, and they’ll likely point to a connection made through someone they knew,” Dan explained. “BNI takes that process and makes it both proactive and predictable.”
Eoin Ferris from Sitecert, an RDI Hub member and former BNI Chapter member, echoed these sentiments: “I’ve seen firsthand the value BNI offers to businesses aiming to make those all-important connections. I was excited to help fellow RDI Hub residents explore how BNI could take their businesses to the next level.”
Megan Daly Tyrell, Business Development Manager of the RDI Hub expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration: “This was a fantastic opportunity to connect our members with the resources and expertise of BNI. We look forward to further partnerships that continue to bring value to our community.”

Thank you BNI Kerry Chapter for having me
A great event in a fantastic facility @ The RDI Hub in Killorglin. Really good to meet many business owners and entrepreneurs working out of the facility and learn all about their businesses. Thanks also to Dan of Asentiv Ireland South for his presentation on how referral networking (the foundation of BNI) differs from other networking types.

At BNI Kerry we’re focused on growing our membership. We will be changing a few things up for the short term - just to test the waters & see how it appeals to people!
Our in person meeting which happens every 2nd Thursday in Farranfore will take place at 9:15AM as opposed to 7AM. We are putting the call out to anyone the meeting may have not suited before at its earlier time and we encourage you to get in touch with us via DM if you’d like to check us out!
BNI is a great way to grow your business - it’s like having your own in-house marketing team and the referrals are measurable in real time!
